If I *was* going to use 4 subcaps, it'd be 4 Domi's with neutron blasters, 3x mag stabs, 3x drone stabs and sentry drone damage rigs. For the cost they do a hideous amount of DPS

PvP yes it is a tad lacking. I was messing around with a Beam and TD kite fit to see how it did. PvE though its an interesting choice for a newbie, being able to do 1/4 of your damage as explosive on a laser boat should not be sneezed at
